Len McIntosh is the founder of Bridging the Gap PNW and visionary of the Reclaim IT Men’s Conference, creating spaces where men rise, return, and reclaim their God-given identity, authority, and calling. A U.S. Army Veteran (Signal Corps) and 30-year public servant in Washington State government, he brings street-level empathy and boardroom-level leadership to every room he steps into.
As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Coach, and Trainer, Len helps leaders, churches, nonprofits, and teams level up their influence, communication, and culture. Leveraging the proven Maxwell Method, he designs custom keynotes, workshops, masterminds, and coaching experiences that turn good intentions into practical growth, tangible results, and sustained momentum. His focus is simple: add real value to people and help them multiply that value in their homes, organizations, and communities.
Len currently serves as an Identity and Access Management Supervisor in state government, leading teams that protect critical systems while building trust, clarity, and psychological safety. He is also pursuing additional education in leadership development at The Evergreen State College to deepen his impact in both sacred and secular spaces.
Through Bridging the Gap PNW, the Reclaim IT Men’s Conference, and his Maxwell Leadership practice, Len partners with pastors, executives, and community leaders to deliver leadership development, coaching, and speaking engagements across the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

Too many leaders are busy for God but not always becoming more like Jesus in how they lead people. In a divided, suspicious culture, leadership in churches, businesses, and community spaces can slip into low-road patterns—protecting turf, clinging to titles, and surrounding themselves only with people who agree with them. Leading with Len is about calling people and organizations up to the high road: valuing people over positions, character over charisma, and transformation over performance. Drawing from John Maxwell’s High Road Leadership, Len helps leaders choose the path where they “do the right things for the right reasons,” put others first, and create environments where trust, accountability, and unity can actually grow.
At the center of this approach is Jesus, the ultimate high-road leader, who consistently saw people not just for who they were, but for who they could become. He lifted fishermen into apostles, called a tax collector into integrity, and restored the broken and overlooked with dignity and purpose. Len’s heart is to help pastors, leaders, and everyday people follow that same pattern—meeting people where they are, but refusing to leave them there. Len also tackles a quiet threat to healthy leadership: confirmation bias—the tendency to only listen to voices, data, and experiences that agree with what we already think. In leadership, confirmation bias can keep pastors, teams, and organizations stuck in old stories: “People will never change,” “That generation won’t show up,” or “This is just how we’ve always done it.” Through honest conversation, reflective questions, and biblical, Maxwell-informed teaching, Len helps leaders name their biases, invite wise counsel, and build healthier decision-making cultures that seek truth over comfort.
If you sense that God is calling you—or the people you lead—to a higher road in character, courage, and conversation, Leading with Len is designed to walk that road with you. Whether you are a pastor, a marketplace leader, a nonprofit or community organizer, or someone simply tired of low-road leadership, this is a space to be challenged, equipped, and encouraged to lead like Jesus in a complex world.
I help organizations enhance their leadership capabilities, improve team dynamics, and achieve their strategic goals. By assessing current leadership practices and identifying areas for improvement, I develop customized training and development programs that align with your organization’s unique needs.
I establish clear, measurable objectives at the outset of any consulting engagement. By using a combination of qualitative and quantitative metrics, such as employee engagement surveys, performance data, and specific goal achievement rates, I ensure we can track progress and make adjustments as needed.
Absolutely. My approach is to provide scalable solutions that benefit leaders at every level, from emerging leaders to seasoned executives. Each program is tailored to meet the needs of the participants, whether they’re refining their strategic vision or developing foundational leadership skills.
I start by conducting a thorough assessment of your organization’s current leadership landscape, including one-on-one interviews, surveys, and reviewing any available performance data. This helps me understand your unique challenges and goals, allowing me to design a program that’s specifically tailored to your organization.
The first step is a discovery meeting where we discuss your organization’s goals, challenges, and the outcomes you hope to achieve. From there, I’ll propose a customized plan that outlines how we can work together to enhance your leadership capabilities and drive organizational success.
